We started Catering at the Zoo to create a catering company that could give people a hearty-but-healthy gourmet meal while tending to a good cause. Since that time, we've been roasting, baking, grilling and basting our way into the hearts of wedding couples, corporate planners and just about anyone with a social occasion that calls for fine (but not too pretentious) food. We use local produce, artisan breads, cheese and pastries, and ecologically harvested meats and seafood. Our executive chef creates his own housemade sauces, fresh cream bases and condiments. We practice green catering whenever possible and are proud that our efforts help support the Rosamond Gifford Zoo.
