Join us for a unique culinary journey curated by Catering at the Zoo Executive Chef Dan Hudson. Enjoy an evening of fine dining that offers the pairing of select wines, ciders, and spirits from 1911 with a custom five-course meal themed around the cultures of Central Asia – the native habitat of Bactrian camels. Journey with us and learn about this intriguing species — and our very own camels, Patrick and George.
