In 1962, the good idea was born to create a catering company that could give people a hearty-but-healthy gourmet meal while tending to a good cause. Since that time, we've been roasting, baking, grilling & basting our way into the hearts of wedding couples, corporate planners and just about anyone with a social occasion that calls for fine (but not too pretentious) food. We use local produce, artisan breads, cheese & pastries, and ecologically harvested meats & seafood. Our executive chef creates his own housemade sauces, fresh cream bases & condiments. We practice green catering whenever possible and 100% of our profits go to the care and feeding of the animals at the Rosamond Gifford Zoo.

It's no secret that, as part of the Friends of the Rosamond Gifford Zoo, we are passionate about being good stewards of the land.   So we are continually upgrading and evolving our operations, service, and menus, to ensure we're staying as environmentally friendly as possible.
