In 1962, the good idea was born to create a catering company that could give people a hearty-but-healthy gourmet meal while tending to a good cause. Since that time, we've been roasting, baking, grilling & basting our way into the hearts of wedding couples, corporate planners and just about anyone with a social occasion that calls for fine (but not too pretentious) food. We use local produce, artisan breads, cheese & pastries, and ecologically harvested meats & seafood. Our executive chef creates his own housemade sauces, fresh cream bases & condiments. We practice green catering whenever possible and 100% of our profits go to the care and feeding of the animals at the Rosamond Gifford Zoo.
