Course One:

Beef carpaccio with arugula, tomato, fried capers, and green peppercorn aioli

Course Two:

Pan-seared rack of lamb with crispy polenta, oven-dried tomato, balsamic glaze, cumin pesto

Course Three:

Curry-dusted pork tenderloin, smashed sweet potato, sauteed brussels sprouts, onion bacon jam

Course Four:

Black pepper-crusted strip loin, potato puree, swiss chard, sauce au poivre

Course Five:

Flourless chocolate cake, orange marmalade, Grand Marnier whipped cream

Each course will be paired with a Bell’s Inspired Brewery craft beer.
