Enjoy a five-course gourmet dinner complemented by five unique wines.

This exclusive dining experience in our beautiful banquet room is limited to only 40 people and features a delectable menu from Executive Chef Dan Hudson paired with select wines from conservation-minded California winery Meiomi.

Course One:

Black bean and quinoa soup with cilantro lime crema, paired with Meiomi Rose.

Course Two:

Roasted sweet potato with goat cheese, spiced candied walnuts and citrus vinaigrette, paired with Meiomi Chardonnay.

Course Three:

Chili-dusted salmon, sweet corn risotto cake, sauteed greens and sundried tomato chutney, paired with Meiomi Pinot Noir.

Course Four:

Red wine-braised short rib, purple potato, shaved brussels sprouts and chimichurri, paired with Meiomi Cabernet Sauvignon

Course Five:

Peruvian vanilla panna cotta with pineapple honey compote and cobbler crumb topping, paired with Ruffino Prosecco.
